Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Sprint Prints and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

  • Proof of payment must be emailed to orders@sprintprints.co.za.

  • No items will be released, collected, or dispatched until full payment has been received.

3. Order Processing

  • Standard order processing may take between 3–7 working days from confirmation of payment and receipt of all required artwork, information, or approvals.

  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, and production requirements.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery may take between 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Sprint Prints shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Courier Risk and Liability

  • Where a customer arranges their own courier, all risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection.

  • Sprint Prints shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after the goods have been handed over to the customer's nominated courier.

6. Customised and Personalised Products

  • Due to the personalised nature of many products supplied by Sprint Prints, customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, colours, dimensions, and specifications provided are correct.

  • Sprint Prints shall not be liable for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once an order has been approved for production, processed, printed, manufactured, or customised.

  • Returns and refunds will be considered only where required by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.

8. Product Quality

  • Sprint Prints undertakes to supply products of reasonable quality as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Minor variations in colour, size, material, print placement, or finish may occur and shall not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

  • By providing artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, the customer warrants that they own or have permission to use such materials.

  • The customer indemnifies Sprint Prints against any claims arising from copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements relating to customer-supplied content.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Sprint Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of its products or services.

  • Sprint Prints' liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

11. Force Majeure

Sprint Prints shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, labour disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, courier disruptions, or supplier shortages.

12. Privacy

Customer information collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the order or where required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. Where applicable, consumers may refer complaints to the relevant consumer protection authorities in South Africa.
